Welcome to the Windsor Regional Hospital My Care Journey App, a recovery guide for you and your family. This app provides useful information about your condition, a daily guide to what you can expect while you are in the hospital and tips to prepare you for next steps after you leave the hospital.

Once you install the app, simply choose your diagnosis and the date of your hospital admission. When you press start, a personal timeline will be created and you will receive notifications with tips on how you can play an active role in your recovery.

The app is designed for patients as well as friends and family members who are supporting patients throughout their recovery.
